I tried clicking on sims through the windows but the message was no interaction.
Sims glitch windows and doors have wall inside them.
With most items it would end up in your family inventory but doors are sold for the same amount you buy them so they are always just sold like windows.

I play sims 4 on mac i have been playing it for a few years now but recently something has happened which has caused me to not be able to see through the windows on any of my houses.

You can t see in from the outside when the walls are up it is quite annoying as i can t see what my windows look like properly.
I can confirm this bug having stairs within one tile near a door or window causes them to show up as invisible in some cases.

For some reason cc doors and windows will randomly blend in with the wall.
Bump up the foundation and place stairs going up to the porch.
It should show up correctly again.
